How to Place a Custom Order!

Please check out my pricing page! If there is something specific that you are looking for, just send me an email for a quote and design. All custom orders start right there and I am happy to create just about anything you can imagine, however I will not replicate anyone else's work, or any of my previous works 100% but can come close with variations. Bring me your ideas and designs and I will bring to life!

 

Payment Process

Once I have all the little details accurately, which includes special sizing for a not average sized horse or person, I will send you an invoice for payment which is due upon receipt to reserve your place in line. Please make sure the details on your invoice are correct- if they are incorrect you are responsible for telling me before paying the invoice, so it describes exactly what I am to make for you. If you don't notice the mistake on the invoice and I make an item with an incorrect detail, I am not responsible for correcting/remaking the item. The invoice must be paid within 48 hour to avoid forfeiting your reserved place in queue. Once paid your order is scheduled to be made and shipped within the estimated time frame you were given. Please understand I am a one-woman shop and I do have a full time job outside the home so the turnaround time is subject to change. I will keep you as updated as possible. My typical turnaround time is a minimum of 6 weeks, and will lengthen closer to holidays. 

 

Shipping

You are responsible for sending me the correct shipping address when placing your order and I will confim before shipment. I will send you completed photos of your item before shipment and provide you with a tracking number, I am not responsible for any lost/damaged packages after they ship from my shop- if you would like to purchase extra insurance and/or upgrade to UPS/Fedex shipping please let me know so that I can send you an invoice for the added fees associated with your shipping upgrade. 

 

Returns & refunds are not accepted on custom orders- NO EXCEPTIONS.

Cancellations on custom orders are not accepted but I can apply a credit to another item as long as I have not started your order yet. 

Changes to order details and/or size after the order is placed can be done if I have not started it yet. If I have already made the item prior to you letting me know there will be an additional charge of 20% to start over for supply cost. 

Refunds/Returns on "in-stock" items are accepted within 14 days(2 weeks) of arrival to you (customer) according to the date provided by USPS tracking services. Item MUST be in new condition, as in not used on any animal or person. You must provide me with a tracking number at time of return being mailed. Once we have received your item back we will issue a refund of what you paid. If the item is damaged or shows signs of "wear/use" it will not be accepted and I will send the item directly back to you and a refund will not be issued. 

 

Sizing

Horse Tack: 

I size all tack to an average Quarter Horse size. If your horse is smaller such as a Cob/Arabian or larger such as a Friesian/Draft, it is your responsibility to let me know this so I can make your item size appropriate.

Dog Collars:

I offer all sizes for dog collars and will ask you to measure right away to give you an accurate price. I ask you to measure the collar length the dog currently wears. Do not measure their neck as this is not accurate due to growth and fur. A picture of the measurement is a perfect description for accurate sizing.

Belt Measurements: 

When you are ready to place a custom order I will ask for accurate sizing. I will make the belts center adjustment hole to the length you gave me, and the belt will have two adjustment holes on either side of that. I am not responsible for correcting/remaking belts that are measured incorrectly by you or "estimated" by using pant size. To clarify, pant sizes are not an accurate size guide!

Children's belts- Consider that your child may grow, and I can make the belt with the size given for the smallest hole so that the child can grow into the belt unless you assume they may lose weight in the near future. 

 

Order Details:

There are several details I will need to know when you place your order to give you an accurate quote. Quotes are valid for 14 days (2 weeks) and if the order is not placed and paid for in full by the end of 14 days, a new quote will need to be created. 

Details needed include, what item, style of item, leather color, and details such as hide(s), tooling, Swarovski crystals, buckstitch, paint colors, any names or brands, hardware colors/styles and anything else you can think of to make it yours. If any of these details are not listed, you will be contacted to ensure accuracy. Please use the form to list these details.
